By accessing or using our website at www.ceramicmastermind.com ("Website") and our services, including Zoom 1:1 discussions, webinars, and community interactions ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. Services

2.1 Description of Services

We provide educational and coaching services to dental professionals, including one-on-one Zoom meetings for case discussions and planning, webinars (live and recorded), and community support via Telegram groups.

2.2 No Medical Advice

Our Services are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional advice. Participants are solely responsible for their professional actions and decisions. We disclaim any liability for the outcomes of any dental procedures or treatments discussed during our Services.

Please note that dental opinions may vary. The information we provide is based on our clinical experience and the most current research available at the time of publication.

Individual consultations or treatments for patients do not take place through our channels. Comments and interactions on this platform do not establish a doctor-patient or dentist-patient relationship, nor do they create a treatment contract or any similar legal relationship.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content from our Services without our explicit permission. Recording, copying, or distributing any Zoom sessions or webinars without prior consent.Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services.

3.2 Consent to Recording

By participating in our webinars, you consent to being recorded. If you do not agree to be recorded, please notify us in advance, and we will ensure that your image is pixelated or otherwise obscured.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to webinars, recordings, materials, and website content, is owned by Ceramic Mastermind LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer two payment options:

- Monthly payments for six (6) months.

- One-time payment covering six (6) months.

5.2 Automatic Termination

All subscriptions and memberships will automatically terminate at the end of the six-month period unless renewed by you.

5.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceramic Mastermind LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ceramic Mastermind LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services.
